Open Amphitheater, at the community center "Georgi Partsalev"
Complete construction of an outdoor Amphitheater with 540 seats, designed for outdoor mass events.
The amphitheater consists of two parts, a stage and a tribune. The construction of the stage has an area of 145 m2, and that of the tribune is 472 m2.
Cantilever evacuation stairs connect the grandstand to the basement. At an elevation of -0.39, there are 14 sanitary premises with separate vestibules, a storage area and a utility room. Complete HVAC, electrical and plumbing installations were built.
The vertical layout includes the construction of an accessible environment and 430 m2 of granite strips and slabs of mith concrete.
