Development of the residential area in Gabrovo
Rehabilitation and improvement of the residential area - inner neighborhood, street, park and recreational spaces. The site has an area of 49 773 m2 and includes 5 subprojects.
The site includes the following types of activities:
Reconstruction of 18,300 m2 of streets with new asphalt pavement, construction of pedestrian areas - sidewalks, alleys, parking lots - 20,000 m2, shaped with concrete and granite curbs - 11,000 m. Construction of new street lighting. Construction of 240 m new sewerage system and inspection shafts. Reconstruction of a riverside street - construction of a new retaining wall and railing along the Yantra River, construction of a color composition of the central circle "Wheel", construction of new playgrounds, "dry" fountain, new park furniture.
