Repair of Administrative building (old) of Velingrad Municipalit
"Implementation of works for Energy Efficiency in Administrative Building of Velingrad Municipality / Old Building / with address: Velingrad, Han Asparuh str. № 56"
The project is a part of Operational Program "Regions in Growth 2014-2020".
The project includes: implementation of thermal insulation system on facades and roof, replacement of windows, repair of the roof and the water drainage system, repair of electrical installation, repair of part of the water supply system, construction of new lightning protection and earthing installation, fire extinguishing and fire alarm system, installation of air conditioners, application of plaster and paint in the rooms, building of accessible environment for people with disabilities, etc.
The gross floor area is 1390 m2.
